Full priced products may be returned following our returns process for change of mind to receive a full refund, exchange or store/online credit, at your election.
Products purchased at full price as part of a special promotion may be returned following our returns process for change of mind to receive an exchange or store/online store credit, at your election.
REDUCED OR SALE PRODUCTS
Except in the case of faulty products, products purchased at a reduced or markdown price maybe returned following our returns process to receive an exchange or store/online store credit, at your election.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. products must be returned in the condition they were received in their original box. All items must be returned within 7 days.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that your return has been processed and refund/store credit issued. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please note that refund processing times vary by financial institution and may take up to seven (7) business days to be reflected within your account.
REPLACEMENTS AND EXCHANGES
Please note that we may not be able to offer a replacement or exchange on some products if there is no longer stock available. If your return is accepted by us and no replacement or exchange is available, you may be offered The Knick Knackery Co. store/online credit or a refund in accordance with this returns Policy. Please note that we do not offer returns for change of mind on sale products.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM?
To return a defective or incorrect item received, please contact email@example.com with clear images of the wrong or defective item and explanation. Images should include views of the damage (if applicable), overall shoe, soles, and label located on the side of the shoe box.
